About the Opportunity

Axe Recruiting is partnering with a leading GCC-based conglomerate to identify a strategic E-Commerce Manager who will spearhead the digital transformation and growth of their Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels across a diverse portfolio of consumer brands.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a forward-thinking digital commerce professional ready to drive innovation, optimize performance, and build scalable e-commerce operations in one of the Middle East's most dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for DTC growth across all e-commerce platforms, including website, mobile app, and third-party marketplaces.
  2. Drive innovation in digital customer engagement through AI, personalization, and predictive analytics.
  3. Design and implement integrated, performance-driven digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
  4. Lead cross-functional efforts with IT, marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
  5. Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging digital technologies and strategic partnerships to enhance digital capabilities.
  6. Own and optimize the full digital sales funnel—acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  7. Present regular performance dashboards to executive leadership, translating KPIs into strategic insights.
  8. Champion a digital-first mindset across the organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 8–10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or DTC roles, preferably within FMCG, retail, or technology sectors.
  • Proven expertise in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), performance marketing, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong track record of utilizing AI-driven tools and automation in digital marketing and e-commerce environments.
  • Experience in driving DTC transformation and achieving measurable digital sales growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, automation, and personalization tools within the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Skilled in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder alignment on digital initiatives.
  • Experience managing e-commerce P&L and presenting strategic insights to executive leadership.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
