  • Monitor, control, and approve capital and non-capital expenditures and audit effectiveness.
  • Strive to develop and maintain a strong company image committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop quantified MBO plans for direct subordinates and ensure cascading throughout all levels.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with strategic accounts, business partners, official entities, financial institutions, and government bodies.

Technical:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and optimize online sales channels, including websites, social media, and online marketplaces.
  • Create and manage e-commerce budgets, including advertising and promotional spending.
  • Analyze e-commerce data and metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, SCM, branding, and product development teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across channels.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends and innovations, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing on online platforms.
  • Ensure regular updates to product information, images, and descriptions for accuracy and appeal.
  • Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
  • Analyze customer behavior and trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor website functionality, troubleshoot platform issues, and enhance user experience.
  • Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams for timely order processing and delivery.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and quick issue resolution.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and platforms.
  • Stay informed about the latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends and best practices.

A. Education

  • College or university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; higher education such as an MBA is preferable.

B. Professional Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of progressive management experience in related e-commerce roles.
  • At least 5 years as an e-commerce executive within online retail markets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, feasibility studies, business planning, data analysis, web design, database management, marketing, SEO, SEM.
  • Knowledge of financial statements and reports.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Understanding of accounting, budgeting, and financial controls.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Physical and mental fitness for the role.

C. Required Licenses/Certifications

  • Technical training certificates/licenses.
  • Google Analytics, SEO certifications.
  • Knowledge of PPC campaigns.

D. Languages

  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
