Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance: Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. in order to meet or exceed those objectives.
Customer Relationship Building: Build strong customer relationships and customer needs solving capability to maximize short and long-term sales performance placing the patient at the center of any efforts.
Territory Management: Effectively manage assigned territory and targeted accounts to achieve business goals.
Market Intelligence: Continuously build understanding on customer needs and expectations, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical and sales expertise and share this market intelligence information with in-field team, brand team, and sales manager.
Brand Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers in order to maximize access and sales opportunities.
Disease State Expertise: Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers assigned and identify, develop and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates in order to maximize brand performance.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical studies.
3 years+ experience as a Product Specialist in a multinational pharmaceutical environment.
Relevant industry experience, ideally in biotechnology and/or pharmaceuticals, preferably Neuroscience Experience.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Practical knowledge and understanding of HCPs and disease area requirements.
Good understanding of the market challenges and opportunities.
Great sense of ethics and integrity, Teamwork Capabilities.
Curiosity and ability to learn and improve.
