We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist Neuroscience to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for executing brand strategy and tactics in the field, delivering sales performance, and building strong customer relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field to meet or exceed sales targets
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc.
- Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, concerns, and consistently gain logical and reasonable calls to action
- Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, customer expectations, and challenges to build trusted customer relationships
- Continuously build understanding on customer needs and expectations, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical and sales expertise
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical studies
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Specialist in a multinational pharmaceutical environment
- Relevant industry experience, ideally in biotechnology and/or pharmaceuticals, preferably Neuroscience Experience
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Practical knowledge and understanding of HCPs and disease area requirements
- Good understanding of the market challenges and opportunities
