About the Opportunity:

This Business Administration Officer role is an excellent opportunity to join our administration department at Azadea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Shop/Department Manager in maintaining inventories and placing product orders, while also communicating sales plans and targets to the Shop/Department team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventories and place product orders to ensure stock management and availability.
  • Communicate sales plans and targets to the Shop/Department team and monitor performance regularly.
  • Assign routine and non-routine tasks to team members, including Sales Associates, Cashiers, and Coordinators, to optimize sales results.
  • Assist in preparing the staff schedule to ensure effective manpower allocation.
  • Motivate team members and provide them with necessary training and development to achieve sales goals.
