Main responsibilities:

  • Managing office operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Coordinating with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office manager, administrative manager, or similar role in a financial or consulting environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
