Job Summary

This role involves providing support to the Legal Department in all matters related to corporate governance, legal compliance, and risk management. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of the Department to maintain and update corporate records, advise on corporate governance best practices, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Corporate Governance: Maintain and update corporate records, including articles of incorporation & annexes, minutes of board meetings & general assembly, MOC & KSE related documentations & issues, and Custodian of records of shares.
  2. Legal Compliance: Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations and ensure compliance. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  3. Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks that the company may face and develop strategies to manage and mitigate these risks.
  4. Contract Management: Responsible for creating and managing legal contracts and consequential correspondence on behalf of the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
