Kuwait Market Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Kuwait Market Expansion Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency across our ODC vertical.

You will act as a trusted advisor to our partners, providing strategic guidance and support to help them optimize their performance and drive engagement. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics, fulfilment, and catalogue management for our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for ODC partners, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  2. Growth & Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase sales, boost order volume, and maximize revenue.
  3. Operational Excellence: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics, fulfilment, and catalogue management for partners.
  4. Performance Insights & Data-Driven Decision Making: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, order volume, and operational efficiency.
  5. Onboarding & Partner Enablement: Lead the seamless onboarding of new partners, ensuring compliance with our standards.
  6. Marketing & Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal marketing teams and partners to execute promotions and campaigns that drive customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or partnerships—preferably in retail, e-commerce, or a high-growth marketplace.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights-driven strategies.
