Job Overview

stc Kuwait is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for the Administration Specialist role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR operations, ensuring seamless processes and efficient communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate HR records and collaborate with other departments to ensure system integrity.

- Verify employee personal records, including passports and work permits.

- Arrange overseas travel and book necessary accommodations.

- Process staff details in ERP and issue staff IDs.

- Manage staff badges for existing and new staff members.

- Ensure timely addition of new staff to company insurance membership and process cancellation of terminated/resigned staff.

- Responsible for terminating/resigning staff clearance process.

- Provide administrative support to unit heads.

- Liaise with other departments for day-to-day activities and assigned tasks.
