Job Summary

Fleet Sales Manager at Career Hunters is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of fleet vehicles with corporate clients. They ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, safe to drive, and in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct business visits to corporate clients to present fleet offers, maintain relationships, and recommend suitable models based on needs.
  2. Develop, plan, and execute fleet sales strategy based on recommended fleet channels per business plan.
  3. Report and manage fleet sales strategy to achieve targets; coordinate after-sales solutions as needed.
  4. Plan fleet events to support brand awareness.
  5. Generate high fleet sales in accordance with the business plan.
  6. Identify appropriate fleet segments; set plans for self and sales team for field visits and sales pipeline management.
  7. Answer client questions about vehicles, prices, availability, uses, warranties, and credit terms; provide proper quotations and coordinate delivery dates.
  8. Monitor wholesale, export, and tender back orders; provide necessary after-sales support.
  9. Explore new market opportunities to expand and meet department revenue objectives.
  10. Acquire new customers to increase the customer base and positively impact business performance.
  11. Monitor competitor activities and collect market feedback; propose countermeasures as necessary.
  12. Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
  13. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor products, prices, and sales.
  14. Participate in project work where applicable.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Open to Arab nationals.
  2. Must be bilingual and aged above 30.
  3. Minimum of 10 years in the automotive field.
  4. Diploma or university degree, preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  5. Proficient in MS Excel.
  6. Knowledge of automobile parts, components, and sales tools.
  7. Strong customer focus.
  8. Excellent communication skills.
  9. Strong negotiation skills.
  10. Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with others.
