Job Summary
Fleet Sales Manager at Career Hunters is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of fleet vehicles with corporate clients. They ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, safe to drive, and in good working order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business visits to corporate clients to present fleet offers, maintain relationships, and recommend suitable models based on needs.
- Develop, plan, and execute fleet sales strategy based on recommended fleet channels per business plan.
- Report and manage fleet sales strategy to achieve targets; coordinate after-sales solutions as needed.
- Plan fleet events to support brand awareness.
- Generate high fleet sales in accordance with the business plan.
- Identify appropriate fleet segments; set plans for self and sales team for field visits and sales pipeline management.
- Answer client questions about vehicles, prices, availability, uses, warranties, and credit terms; provide proper quotations and coordinate delivery dates.
- Monitor wholesale, export, and tender back orders; provide necessary after-sales support.
- Explore new market opportunities to expand and meet department revenue objectives.
- Acquire new customers to increase the customer base and positively impact business performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and collect market feedback; propose countermeasures as necessary.
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor products, prices, and sales.
- Participate in project work where applicable.
Candidate Profile:
- Open to Arab nationals.
- Must be bilingual and aged above 30.
- Minimum of 10 years in the automotive field.
- Diploma or university degree, preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of automobile parts, components, and sales tools.
- Strong customer focus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with others.
