The Australian College of Kuwait (ACK) is seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our department, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring timely completion of tasks and accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of our administrative services.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly, adhering to strict data protection protocols.
- Relevant certification in Office Administration
- Previous experience working in a higher education institution or similar setting
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences
- Capacity to learn and apply new technologies, systems, and processes efficiently
