We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant & Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Marmo Co.
This role involves managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing timely assistance to the Manager.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinating the Manager's schedule, meetings, and task priorities.
- Monitoring deadlines and following up on ongoing projects.
- Handling communication and correspondence in both Arabic and English.
- Preparing necessary reports, presentations, and documents.
- Managing company records, contracts, and files.
- Supporting HR-related tasks such as interview scheduling and document management.
- Handling basic accounting, payment, and expense tasks.
- Supervising office supplies and operational logistics.
- Communicating with stakeholders as needed.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Experience working in a small business environment.
- Familiarity with Kuwait's business operations and governmental procedures.
