We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant & Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Marmo Co.

This role involves managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing timely assistance to the Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the Manager's schedule, meetings, and task priorities.
  • Monitoring deadlines and following up on ongoing projects.
  • Handling communication and correspondence in both Arabic and English.
  • Preparing necessary reports, presentations, and documents.
Support Functions:
  • Managing company records, contracts, and files.
  • Supporting HR-related tasks such as interview scheduling and document management.
  • Handling basic accounting, payment, and expense tasks.
  • Supervising office supplies and operational logistics.
  • Communicating with stakeholders as needed.
Essential Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Experience working in a small business environment.
  • Familiarity with Kuwait's business operations and governmental procedures.
