Job Role:

The Executive Administrative Professional will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer at SmartPet. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Chief Executive Officer's schedule and calendar.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation of board meetings and take minutes.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and communications on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with the pet supplies industry is a plus.
