About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Officer to join our team at The Australian University AU. This role involves supporting the recruitment process, providing administrative assistance, and coordinating communication within the department.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate the recruitment process, including tracking job postings, preparing candidate pools, and conducting phone screens and interviews.
  2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the unit, including data entry, travel arrangements, and new employee onboarding.
  3. Communication and Coordination: Facilitate the flow of information within the department, handle confidential correspondence, and refer matters for comment or further action to the appropriate staff member.
  4. Special Projects: Undertake special projects as required by the Manager- Recruitment, including arranging new employees' orientation and preparing employment contracts.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills.

  • Prioritization and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
