About Groupxen

At Groupxen, we specialize in the distribution of gym equipment to fitness centers and gyms. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new leads, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to expand our customer base.
  2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs of potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet client expectations.
  4. Product Presentation: Present our gym and fitness equipment products and services to potential clients effectively, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
  6. Customer Service: Provide outstanding support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  7. Industry Events: Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients, stay updated on industry trends, and establish thought leadership.
  8. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
  1. Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry, with a strong understanding of the gym/sports equipment market and industry trends.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  3. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented approach and self-motivation.
  4. CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage relationships, track performance, and inform strategic decisions.
