Description
Imou is seeking a results-driven sales professional to fill the role of Retail Channel Sales Manager, focusing on driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Sales Planning and Execution
The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, aligned with the company's strategic objectives, to ensure timely achievement of sales targets and goals.
Product Development and Commercial StrategiesThis role involves creating and implementing product strategies, including MSRP policy, channel policy, and product positioning, to stay competitive in the market.
Distributor Network Expansion and PartnershipsA key aspect of this position is identifying opportunities to expand our distributor network across various industries, including CCTV, IT, and electronics, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
Customer Relationship Management and SatisfactionThe Retail Channel Sales Manager will maintain excellent relationships with customers, address their concerns, and ensure their needs are met, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Data Analysis and Business InsightsThe candidate will analyze sales data, order volumes, and inventory levels to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing sales strategies and optimizing sales performance.
Collaboration with Marketing TeamCollaboration with the marketing team is essential to develop effective marketing strategies, supporting product launches, social media campaigns, and other promotional activities to drive sales growth.
Competitive Intelligence and Market AnalysisThe successful candidate will gather market intelligence on competitors' products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, analyzing and adapting these insights to inform the company's sales and marketing approaches.
Requirements
- Education and Background
A minimum Bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of experience in sales within the smart home industry, particularly in CCTV, IT, and electronic channels, are required.
Key Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess excellent market insight, planning ability, sales data analysis ability, and business negotiation ability, as well as strong communication and coordination skills.
Languages and TravelFluency in English and Arabic is mandatory, and the ability to frequently travel for business purposes is necessary to engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
