As an Engineering Support Specialist at Accor Hotels, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the issuance of work orders, compiling daily activities, and preparing maintenance reports.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chief Engineer in issuing work orders and hot SOS to duty engineers and technicians
Compile and transfer hardcopies of daily activities, meter readings, and maintenance reports to the engineering e-folder
Prepare and submit monthly maintenance and utilities reports
Monitor and update the maintenance schedule for both in-house engineering teams and outsourced contractors
Ensure duty personnel and vendors carry out room preventive maintenance and periodic plant maintenance works according to the scheme and schedule
Requirements
ITE and above in engineering, strongly encouraged to apply
Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
Good recording abilities and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills, confident, approachable, patient, and excellent communication skills
