Automotive Sales Strategist

**Job Description:**
Career Opportunity at Career HuntersWe are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of fleet vehicles with corporate clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained, safe to drive, and in good working order. This includes conducting business visits to present fleet offers, maintaining relationships, and recommending suitable models based on client needs.
The Fleet Sales Manager will develop and execute fleet sales strategies, plan events to support brand awareness, and generate high fleet sales in alignment with the business plan. They will also identify the right fleet segments, set plans for self and sales team for field visits and sales pipeline, and monitor competitor activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business visits to present fleet offers, maintain relationships, and recommend suitable models based on client needs.
- Develop and execute fleet sales strategies, planning based on recommended fleet channels per business plan.
- Report and manage fleet sales strategy to achieve targets; coordinate after-sales solutions as needed.
- Plan fleet events to support brand awareness.
- Generate high fleet sales in alignment with the business plan.
- Identify the right fleet segments; set plans for self and sales team for field visits and sales pipeline.
- Answer client questions about vehicles, prices, availability, uses, warranty, and credit terms; provide proper quotations and coordinate delivery dates.
- Monitor wholesale, export, and tender back orders; provide necessary aftersales support.
- Explore new market opportunities to expand and achieve departmental revenue objectives.
- Acquire new customers to increase the customer base and positively reflect on business performance.
- Monitor competitor activities, collect market feedback, and propose countermeasure actions.
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Participate in project work where applicable.
Candidate Profile:
- Open to Arab nationals.
- Must be bilingual and aged above 30.
- Minimum 10 years in the automotive field.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferable.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of automobile parts, components, and use of other sales tools.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
