Job Summary:
The Key Account Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in the Food & Beverage Production industry, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, ensuring that the needs of clients are met while also driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the food and beverage sector.
  • Sales Strategy: Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase product offerings and benefits.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies tailored to key accounts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to track progress against targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Negotiation and Presentation Skills: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Organizational Abilities: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • CRT and Office Suite Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in Kuwait (FMCG).
  • Licenses and Certifications: Kuwait driving license.
  • Education: BA degree.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools, knowledge of the food and beverage industry trends, ability to build and maintain client relationships, time management and organizational skills, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, team collaboration and leadership skills.
