Job Title: Corporate Support Services Leader

Job Purpose:

The Corporate Support Services Leader will be responsible for overseeing all staff on site, ensuring they are trained and developed effectively to represent the company to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. FM Service Delivery: Deliver high-quality hard and soft FM services in compliance with the contract.
  2. Strategic Planning: Formulate suitable strategies to meet service provision demands by ensuring added value, increased productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Financial Performance: Exert financial and commercial controls within agreed budgets to maximize profitability and identify ongoing cost savings.
  4. Contract Renewal: Successfully account manage to create innovative added-value solutions prior to client needs recognition.
  5. Subcontractor Supervision: Effectively manage all sub-contractors.
  6. Customer Engagement: Provide high standards of customer care.
  7. Health, Safety, and Fire: Achieve a safe working environment by coordinating and improving health, safety, and fire aspects, including efficient accident reporting and near-miss processes.
  8. Cultural Alignment: Support and promote the company's vision and values among on-site staff.

Required Qualifications:

  • Facilities Management Experience: At least 10 years of experience in facilities management, including 5 years in the GCC.
  • Commercial Expertise: Strong understanding of all commercial aspects of a large or iconic facilities management contract.
  • Financial Acumen: Key experience in financial reports, including service budgets and performance against budget on a large FM service contract.
  • Health, Safety, and Fire: Appreciation and hands-on experience of health, safety, and fire hazards within FM service contracts.
  • Leadership Abilities: Ability to manage white and blue-collar staff and motivate on-site teams.
  • Account Management: Strong account management skills and management of key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Language Fluency: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for this role.
