Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting general administrative tasks, organizing office activities, managing documentation, and assisting in coordination between departments. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and databases.
  • Support HR, finance, and operations teams with document preparation and data entry.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Ensure all administrative processes are followed in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail.
