The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the fleet tender sales function, ensuring seamless coordination with Group Sales and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process tender enquiries and documents from Ministries and fleet owners.
- Verify tender terms and conditions, highlighting any unique requirements to the direct manager.
- Coordinate product specifications and options with Group Sales to prepare final quotes.
- Translate tender documents for TMC/internal departments and retranslate prior to submissions.
- Validate tender submission documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up on tender results announcements and update the direct manager.
- Maintain stock of catalogues for tenders and display purposes.
- Prepare reports for management review on tender status and losses.
- Classify tender documents for filing and archival purposes.
- Support Fleet Sales Administration with invoicing, registration, and delivery tasks.
