Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification in beauty, cosmetology, or spa management is a plus.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing a beauty salon, spa, or similar customer-focused environment.
- Hands-on experience with salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts, maintain staff morale, and ensure high productivity.
- Experience in meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
- Skilled in analyzing business metrics, sales reports, and budgets to inform decision-making.
- Understanding of marketing strategies to drive client engagement and increase foot traffic.
