Sales and Contracts Lead

Gulf Center Industrial Equipment Co. W.L.L. is seeking a Sales and Contracts Lead to drive revenue growth and commercial success across key industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement strategic plans to boost revenue growth, including identifying new business opportunities in Oil & Gas, Mining, and Soil Remediation Services.
  • Negotiate and Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure compliance with all legal and financial terms, while fostering strong client and supplier relationships.
  • Lead Sales Team: Oversee the sales team to achieve targeted revenue goals, while monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Evaluate Commercial Risks: Evaluate commercial risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies to optimize revenue.
Requirements:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 7+ years of commercial management experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Mining.
Technical Skills:
  • Negotiation and Financial Analysis: Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and business development skills.
  • Contract Management: Experience in contract management and pricing strategy execution.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of local and international commercial regulations.
Soft Skills:
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Decision-Making and Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Business Growth and Revenue Optimization: Ability to drive business growth and optimize revenue.
