Zain Bahrain is seeking a talented data analyst to join our team as an Enterprise Value Management Analyst.
About the RoleThis position focuses on customer value management within the telecom and B2B business landscape, requiring a deep understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven solutions, driving revenue growth and improving customer lifetime value.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer value management strategies to enhance customer lifetime value and retention.
- Analyze and identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities using statistical methodologies.
- Apply predictive modeling, segmentation, and data visualization techniques to derive actionable business insights.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns' performance and provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3–5 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in telecom, B2B, or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
A strong understanding of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, is highly desirable.
