About the Role

The Head of Growth is a pivotal position at Canonical, responsible for driving commercial success through data and technology. This role leads the growth engineering team, comprising data analysts, performance marketers, lifecycle marketers, and marketing automation specialists.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Canonical's marketing technology stack, leveraging martech applications and open-source solutions.
  • Owning reporting and analytics throughout the customer lifecycle, including ABM, Multi-Touch Attribution, funnel performance, acquisition costs, and customer retention.
  • Developing and tracking OKRs and conversion rates across marketing and revenue funnels.
  • Optimizing lead scoring, lead flow, and cadences to increase conversion rates.
  • Driving Return On Ad Spend optimization through attribution methodologies, advanced targeting, and channel exploration.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
  • A strong analytical mindset with solid evidence of managing projects that drive commercial success.
  • Knowledge in advanced marketing analytics, coding/scripting languages, and databases.
  • Exceptional management experience, leading analytical and creative professionals to excellence.
  • Experience in selecting, implementing, and managing a leading-edge martech stack built on open-source software.
