International Sales Manager

Sell products or services to international customers by researching potential markets, identifying business opportunities, and conducting personal selling visits.
Key Responsibilities- Managing relationships with overseas clients, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Developing and training sales channel partners/distributors and sales teams to enhance sales performance.
- Negotiating contracts with new clients and vendors, and terminating contracts when necessary to maintain a strong sales strategy.
- Implementing effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives, including monitoring sales progress against targets and supporting export partners.
- Managing inventory levels in storage facilities and ordering replacements as needed to meet customer demands.
- Preparing detailed financial reports on sales activities, costs, and profit margins for international markets.
- Overseeing the supply chain from procurement to shipment and delivery to ensure timely and damage-free delivery.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth international operations and achieve sales objectives.
- Monitoring and reviewing customer performance to optimize sales volume and yield.
- Coordinating freight shipments for timely and efficient delivery.
- Establishing and managing relationships with freight carriers and service providers to ensure reliable logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in international business, finance, economics, marketing, or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the FMCG sector.
This is a full-time position in the Business Development department.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of international markets and trade regulations.
