Job Description

Sell products or services to international customers by researching potential markets, identifying business opportunities, and conducting personal selling visits.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing relationships with overseas clients, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  2. Developing and training sales channel partners/distributors and sales teams to enhance sales performance.
  3. Negotiating contracts with new clients and vendors, and terminating contracts when necessary to maintain a strong sales strategy.
  4. Implementing effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives, including monitoring sales progress against targets and supporting export partners.
  5. Managing inventory levels in storage facilities and ordering replacements as needed to meet customer demands.
  6. Preparing detailed financial reports on sales activities, costs, and profit margins for international markets.
  7. Overseeing the supply chain from procurement to shipment and delivery to ensure timely and damage-free delivery.
  8. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth international operations and achieve sales objectives.
  9. Monitoring and reviewing customer performance to optimize sales volume and yield.
  10. Coordinating freight shipments for timely and efficient delivery.
  11. Establishing and managing relationships with freight carriers and service providers to ensure reliable logistics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in international business, finance, economics, marketing, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the FMCG sector.
Additional Information

This is a full-time position in the Business Development department.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of international markets and trade regulations.
