Job Description: Export Manager

Sell products or services to overseas customers by researching potential markets, conducting personal selling visits, organizing sales promotions, appointing agents and distributors, and negotiating sales contracts.

Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Managing relationships with international clients, vendors, and business partners.
  2. Developing and training sales channel partners/distributors and sales force.
  3. Negotiating contracts with new vendors and clients, and terminating contracts with existing ones when necessary.
  4. Implementing best practice sales strategies and marketing, including monitoring sales progress against targets and supporting export partners.
  5. Managing inventory in storage facilities, monitoring stock levels, and ordering replacements as needed.
  6. Preparing financial reports on sales activities, costs, and profit margins for international markets.
  7. Managing the supply chain from procurement to shipment and delivery.
  8. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth international operations.
  9. Monitoring, reviewing, and providing feedback on customer performance to optimize sales volume and yield.
  10. Coordinating freight shipments for timely and damage-free delivery.
  11. Establishing and managing relationships with freight carriers and service providers.
Qualifications for Export Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in international business, finance, economics, marketing, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the FMCG sector.
