Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
- Developing and executing a menu featuring authentic and contemporary Southeast Asian dishes.
- Preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Managing inventory and sourcing authentic ingredients, including seasonal and specialty items.
- Training kitchen staff in Southeast Asian cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
- Collaborating with management to create promotional events or themed nights featuring Southeast Asian cuisine.
- Ensuring the kitchen maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Monitoring food quality, consistency, and presentation to meet guest expectations.
- Staying updated on culinary trends and continuously improving skills and techniques.
