Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, lead and mentor the sales team, and collaborate with various departments to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales plans, tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires staying knowledgeable about industry trends to keep the company competitive.

  • Leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities

  • Experience in the marketing or production industry is a plus
