**About the Role**
We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to support our expanding operations in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, preferably in IT and technology, and be able to source, screen and manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
The successful candidate will:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and candidates;
- Create and maintain accurate records and reports within the applicant tracking system;
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local market guidelines and legal procedures;
Key Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably in IT and technology;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Effective planning and organisation skills;
- Service oriented with a keen eye for detail.
