Job Description
The purpose of this job is to ensure achieving the unit's sales objectives by closing business deals on holiday packages through the expansion of the customer base in travel and tourism industry.

Job SkillsEducational Background:
- University graduate preferably in Business Administration / Management, Marketing, Travel, Tourism or any allied study
- Certified Travel Agent from IATA (International Air Transport Authority) - Preferred
Experience:
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in marketing and sales for travel, tourism and leisure businesses
- At least three (3) years of work experience in a travel and tourism industry with familiarity of key holiday destinations
Skills:
- Computer Skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of booking online system such as Saber, Amadeus or Galileo- Communication Skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic
Presentation skills in communicating sales / technical data to managers
Persuasive skills in negotiating sales proposals and closing business deals- Personal Competencies
Highly analytical on sales planning and forecasting
Possess persistence and motivation to meet monthly sales and collection targets
Capable of hands-on problem solving and generating ideas and solutions as against to customer issues
Good understanding of budgeting, financial analysis and cost control practices
Has good working knowledge of commercial and contractual terms and conditions in sales
