Alchemy Global Talent is working with a leading organization specializing in Corporate services. They are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager with US Military experience to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with a background in the US Military to bring leadership, strategic thinking, and a disciplined approach to sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of teamwork, leadership, and resilience gained from military experience, along with a strong desire to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior leadership.
  • Leverage military experience to foster discipline, leadership, and teamwork within the sales team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand visibility.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain long-term relationships.
Qualifications
  • US Military experience, with a background in leadership, operations, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
