Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production engineering operations, focusing on efficiency and optimization through digital tools.
  • Collaborate with data science and automation teams to implement AI-driven production solutions.
  • Monitor field performance and develop predictive maintenance programs.
  • Analyze real-time well, reservoir, and equipment data to improve uptime and performance.
  • Implement production forecasting and flow assurance models.
  • Ensure operational excellence through process improvement and digital transformation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to cross-functional technology initiatives.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in oilfield production operations, preferably digital environments.
  • Proficiency in production engineering software and data platforms (Petrel, OFM, Avocet, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integration in oilfield applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and remote collaboration skills.
