Job Brief:

Are you a highly capable Technical Delivery Lead and Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role, ready to guide a cross-functional software engineering team? Do you excel at providing architectural oversight across frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps, and translating complex business needs into technical execution plans? This is a 100% remote opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical delivery and execution of complex digital software products and solutions.
  • Provide architectural guidance and hands-on contributions across the full stack (frontend, backend, database, cloud).
  • Mentor team members on engineering best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.
  • Translate ambiguous business requirements and use cases into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD pipelines, automation efforts, and security compliance.

Required Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

  • 10+ years of deep hands-on software engineering experience.
  • 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Team Leadership role.
  • Expertise in full-stack development, modern frameworks, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Proven ability to drive CI/CD, automation, and DevOps best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and technical leadership skills.
