Job Brief:

Are you experienced in applying advanced analytics, AI, and sophisticated data modeling to transform complex data from digital oilfield operations? Do you have a decade of expertise turning raw oil & gas data into actionable insights for smarter, more productive operations? Then you are the one we are looking for

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build predictive and prescriptive models for drilling, reservoir, and production data.
  • Perform data mining, statistical analysis, and ML modeling for complex energy datasets.
  • Collaborate with engineers to design data-driven optimization frameworks.
  • Integrate AI models with SCADA, IoT, and real-time oilfield systems.
  • Develop visual analytics dashboards and automated data pipelines.
  • Apply deep learning techniques to sensor and time-series data.
  • Present technical findings to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in oil & gas, industrial, or energy domains.
  • Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
  • Proficiency in handling structured/unstructured data and big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Strong background in statistics, predictive modeling, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Understanding of production optimization, drilling analytics, and asset management.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
