Role Overview:

Sales Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Director to join our team. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong management and leadership skills, as well as expertise in sales operations.

About the Role:

The Sales Operations Director will be responsible for managing and coaching direct reports and front-line sales consultants to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The successful candidate will drive sales, customer service, and manage a stand-alone P&L, including all revenues from retail stores, partner & white label stores, all direct retail costs, direct support costs, and allocated shared costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coach direct reports and front-line sales consultants to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  2. Drive sales and customer service initiatives across the region.
  3. Manage a stand-alone P&L, including all revenues from retail stores, partner & white label stores, all direct retail costs, direct support costs, and allocated shared costs.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  5. Analyse issues, develop solutions, and influence key decisions, balancing risk with results.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years retail operations experience.
  • A track record in managing a team and multi-site (at least 10 stores).
  • UAE work experience is a must.
  • The ability to build and manage relationships, developing trust and credibility with customers, partners, peers, teams, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive sharing of best practice to peers and teams for continuous improvement of performance in their area of expertise.
  • A strong record of performance delivery in their area of expertise, through increased sales, cost management, performance against KPIs, and good P&L management.
