As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team and motivating them to deliver exceptional service experiences. Your task is to drive the success of the outlet by ensuring it meets the highest standards.

About This Role

This is a leadership position that requires strong management skills. You will be responsible for managing the outlet as a successful independent business unit, in line with the operating concept and standards.

  • You will need to have at least 2 years of work experience as an Outlet Manager in a similar concept within a 5-star hotel or contemporary independent restaurant.
  • A proven track record of leadership in luxury hotels or high-end dining operations is essential.
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking are crucial in this role.
  • Experience in opening standalone restaurants or large hotel operations is advantageous.
