Job Description: Restaurant Supervisor

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be experienced in staff supervision and will possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule staff to meet business needs.
  • Manage payroll, adhering to financial guidelines.
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures, ensuring all service areas are organized and prepared.
  • Supervise restaurant operations to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Use hotel software for sales and revenue tracking.
  • Source and order necessary supplies.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a restaurant supervisor in a similar environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic language.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Female candidates are preferred due to specific job requirements.
