We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive - Health and Benefits to join our team in Kuwait.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and benefits solutions, excellent client relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the GCC healthcare and insurance market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition: Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and individuals to provide tailored health and benefits solutions.
  2. Insurance Solutions: Advise clients on health insurance plans, employee benefits packages, and wellness programs.
  3. Policy Issuance: Work closely with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and ensure smooth policy issuance.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and stay updated on health insurance regulations, products, and industry trends.
  5. Client Support: Assist in policy renewals, claims support, and addressing client concerns effectively.
  6. Package Customization: Design and recommend comprehensive health and benefits packages, including medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs, tailored to client requirements.
  7. Proposal and Report Writing: Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  8. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the health and benefits sector within Kuwait.
  9. Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  10. Portfolio Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand the health and benefits portfolio.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in health and benefits, insurance, or employee benefits, preferably within the GCC region.
  3. Strong knowledge of health and benefits products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  6. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
  7. GCC residency is mandatory.
