Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Specialist to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes using MenaITech HR system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Payroll Operations:
    • Manage and execute end-to-end payroll activities using the MenaITech HR system.
    • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
    • Validate payroll inputs, including attendance, leaves, and other entitlements.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
    • Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and company policies.
    • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to relevant authorities as required.
    • Stay updated on changes in labor regulations and ensure payroll processes align with legal requirements.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Address employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits promptly and professionally.
    • Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide support during internal or external audits.
  • System Administration:
    • Utilize the MenaITech HR system effectively to streamline payroll processes.
    • Collaborate with IT or system providers to troubleshoot issues and implement system updates.
  • Record Management:
    • Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and employee data.
    • Ensure proper documentation of payroll processes and approvals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the People and Culture team to align payroll with HR processes.
    • Assist the Assistant Manager, People and Culture, with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
