
Employee Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Specialist to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes using MenaITech HR system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Main Accountabilities:- Payroll Operations:
- Manage and execute end-to-end payroll activities using the MenaITech HR system.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
- Validate payroll inputs, including attendance, leaves, and other entitlements.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to relevant authorities as required.
- Stay updated on changes in labor regulations and ensure payroll processes align with legal requirements.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits promptly and professionally.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide support during internal or external audits.
- System Administration:
- Utilize the MenaITech HR system effectively to streamline payroll processes.
- Collaborate with IT or system providers to troubleshoot issues and implement system updates.
- Record Management:
- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and employee data.
- Ensure proper documentation of payroll processes and approvals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the People and Culture team to align payroll with HR processes.
- Assist the Assistant Manager, People and Culture, with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
