Job Overview
Purpose and Scope
The Site Administrator will oversee all human resource and administrative activities in the project, aligning with Company Policy and Procedures and Kuwait Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR and administrative tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Manage data processing activities and collaborate with Human Resources and Administration sections.
- Support recruitment by preparing application forms for new employees and registering them in the time attendance system.
- Track employee attendance, record absences, and prepare requests on behalf of employees.
- Coordinate overtime payments and updates related to Employee records.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in administration or a related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP and SF cloud.
