**Job Overview**

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead the HR function of an esteemed educational institution during an exciting phase of growth.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, compliance, and performance management. Serving as a key advisor to senior leadership, they will drive strategic decisions that reflect the organization's values of professionalism, inclusivity, and excellence.

A key responsibility of this role is the promotion and implementation of safer recruitment practices in line with international child safeguarding standards. The Head of HR will also liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with exceptional communication and leadership abilities. A native English speaker with a working knowledge of Arabic is preferred. Previous HR experience in a school setting is strongly recommended, and familiarity with labour laws will be beneficial for success in this role.
