HR Officer Position

As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the school's mission and objectives. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate personnel records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and facilitating effective communication between staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining Personnel Records: You will be responsible for updating and managing staff paper/electronic files, ensuring all official documents are included and easily accessible.
  2. Compliance and Governance: You will ensure that the school is compliant with Kuwait Labor Law and the regulations of the Private Education Division, as well as government procedures related to schools.
  3. Staff Support and Communication: You will maintain continuous communication with staff (new and current) and respond to inquiries via phone or email, providing support and guidance as needed.
  4. Administrative Tasks: You will assist in establishing and updating school policies and regulations, communicate them to staff, and prepare periodic and annual reports for the Director and handle assigned tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a school as an HR officer
  • Knowledgeable in Kuwait Labor Law and the regulations of the Private Education Division
  • Acquainted with government procedures related to schools
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic
