Human Resources Officer

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR officer in a school setting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with the school's mission, philosophy, system, and educational approach through effective implementation.
  • Prepare contracts for new hires, input staff information into the personnel system, and manage contract renewals.
  • Manage staff files, including paper and electronic documentation, ensuring all official documents are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Issue, modify, and update documents and approvals from the Private Education Division.
  • Plan and conduct orientation sessions for newly hired staff to facilitate smooth integration.
  • Maintain regular communication with staff, addressing inquiries via phone or email, and providing support as needed.
  • Oversee residency procedures for expatriate staff, including transfer, renewal, cancellation, and system updates.
  • Register Kuwaiti staff in the social security pension scheme, ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Collaborate in establishing and updating school policies and regulations, communicating them effectively to staff.
  • Update and distribute the staff handbook annually or as required.
  • Draft and issue official letters, such as warnings, appraisals, terminations, salary certificates, and other correspondence.
  • Compile periodic and annual reports for the Director and handle assigned tasks.
  • Manage administrative and faculty statistics and budgets, submitting reports to relevant ministries.
  • Coordinate with external departments and agents, such as banks and airlines, to facilitate staff accounts and bookings.
