The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Provide support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Research, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues addressed to the direct manager, including those of a confidential nature.
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the direct manager and internal departments.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in Menaitech system and physical files.
  • Prepare reports as per management requests.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • In charge of business trips (flight booking, hotel booking, visa issuance etc) as per business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in an HR or HR assistant role.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
