Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist is a vital part of ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's HR functions.

This position plays a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment by supporting day-to-day HR activities.

The following are some of the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Coordinating and participating in the recruitment process, which includes job postings, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
  • Facilitating onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into their roles.
  • Providing support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues addressed to the direct manager, including those of a confidential nature.
  • Serving as a liaison between the direct manager and internal departments to promote effective communication.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records in our system and physical files to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Preparing reports as requested by management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assisting in performance management and appraisal processes to promote employee growth and development.

Some of the essential qualifications for this role include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in an HR or HR assistant role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
