Marketing Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Procapita Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
    • Analyze market research data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective marketing and branding strategies.
    • Create and manage annual marketing plans to support business growth and brand positioning.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Oversee and enhance the company's presence across various social media platforms.
    • Create and manage engaging content.
  • Campaign Execution and Monitoring:
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a multi-brand environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and market research.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
