We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Sales Executive to manage and develop strategic relationships with key retail and wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage and develop strategic relationships with key retail and wholesale accounts to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and growth objectives across assigned accounts, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market visits to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, ensuring visibility, availability, and placement of products.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and pricing strategies with key customers, resolving issues promptly and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track sales trends, analyze data, and generate regular performance reports to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in Arabic; English is an advantage.
