Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and operation of regional chain brands, and responsible for user promotion and scale improvement of the brands under my jurisdiction; implement the company's sales strategy and achieve performance targets;
- Promote in-depth cooperation between regional chain brands and platforms in brand marketing, promotional activities, user operations, and other fields to enhance brand image;
- Leverage expertise in brand industry characteristics to understand brand business operations deeply, help develop professional delivery solutions, and facilitate their implementation; analyze business data to guide customer delivery operation iteration and promote the integration between platform and brand;
- Establish good communication with the distribution department, acting as a bridge between the brand and platform distribution, and work with the distribution team to improve brand distribution strategies.
Skills
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and proposal skills, good execution ability, and the capacity to promote business cooperation quickly;
- Strong business negotiation skills and market development ability, with insight into customer/user needs, and willingness to accept challenges;
- Integrity, resilience, passion for work, and team spirit;
- Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English and Arabic.
Preferred:
- Related experience in the food delivery, catering, or retail industry;
- Conversational proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
